Hi guys ask lang ko any idea since shutdown ang chinese embassy sa cebu due to shooting incident with there consulate.....any ideas unsaon nmo pag apply ky manila option is out man ky mo larga na first wk november....pwedi ba makakuha ug china visa adto sa hongkong?

sa akong nahibaw-an if sa hkg ka mgprocess ky kelangan moagi ka travel agency ky group visa ang pwede maprocess sa hongkong for some countries including pilipinas. panawag lng mo daan travel agency sa hongkong arn sure.

Before it was easy to get an "L" Visa while in Hongkong, but refusal is increasing and i believe the process recently change last 2014. If you are not a resident or working in Hongkong then it is required that you apply via the PRC consulate in your country of residence or through an agency, but maybe with a few exceptions from Visitors who are from other countries like the US. We had that experience 2 years ago in HK. We applied for a L VISA and my cousin who is a Filipino citizen was denied and ask to apply in Manila.
