    go to a doctor... check if u have hypertension, diabetes, anemia or some kinda heart problem or maybe it is just stress... if u feel different than what ur used to then maybe ur body is goin thru changes so jst get checked out...

    go to the doctor na lang jud kay daghan rason ngano malipong...ang pina ka simple usahay mo ubos ang blood sugar level...sahay pod blood pressure issues...try checking sad about meniere's syndrome...vertigo related to ear problems...pero mas maayo pa check up na lang aron siguro...

    stress raka pre ... tulog og sakto kaon og sakto exercise sakto tapos dli nka ma lipong ip simtom persist konsulta sa doktor
