Position Description: Social Media - Content and Research
Our Client: The Social Minute (TSM) is a Social Media Marketing agency providing high quality content to clients. TSM has a unique position in the market which allows them to be competitive with costing and approach.
You have the opportunity to be a part of this exciting and growing team within Australia. This business is looking for someone who is enthusiastic and a self-starter/ proactive thinker and who can add value specifically in the area of writing and researching social media. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the business.
Role Summary/ Purpose:
• This role will focus on managing the content for social media platforms,
• developing monthly reports and researching specific topics,
• ensure that all data entry is done according to processes and procedures,
• collaborate effectively with the rest of the team.
Essential Responsibilities:
• You will need to do research on every client on positioning, branding, ideal clients, target market, etc...
• Finding relevant, engaging and content for each client
• Writing a unique and interesting update for each piece of content
• Collaborate and Communicate effectively within the team and with your clients
• Ensure that all pieces of work completed are clearly related so that marketing and online marketing strategy are aligned and being delivered consistently.
• The research aspect of this role will then look at finding content (articles, videos, images, and quotes), writing updating and applying relevant social media styles and etiquette for each medium.
