    been experiencing this starting mga Aug or sept. I thought mawala ra after several weeks pero until now naa pa gihapon.. more than 1 month na.... any suggestions asa maayu nga doctor mo check ani?

    Get an orthotic that will support your feet.
    Or exercise using golf balls rolled under your feet.
    Or walk along a sandy beach.

    From experience, after running over 21kms, i was feeling some pain on my plantar fascia.
    All i did was use an orthotic to support my foot from collapsing.

    bro, i had this last year sako left foot due to basketball (rest ko for 6 months). maygali ako manghud pt student, iya suggest since mahal man ang mri and therapy etc just watch videos sa youtube and naa mga stretching and conditioning exercise para mawala or ma-lessen ang pain, DIY ra bos buhaton nimu everday mga 5-10mins a day search sa youtube lang. wear mga baga2 na slippers bro or wear comfortable shoes if molakaw ka.

    ako naa ko ani krn..

    it has been years..
    sauna mwala rah and mbalik if grabeh nah lakaw..
    krn ky everyday njud xa..

    i have been doing therapy - sus, mga 15 sessions nah guro.
    it really helped though lessen d pain pero naa lng ghapon.
    will try to talk to my doctor and have the injection instead pra dli nko mgbalik2 sa hospital..
    hasol mn gud..

    Common problem ni sa mga tao nga flat footed. Naay mga foot stretching exercises you can do at home that will help relieve the pain. Just search online for diagrams or videos

    I had this after my game in basketball tournament in which i haven't done for a long time ago! Karun nko nibalik dula nga nearly 40 yrs old nko and maybe i was too heavy this time mao nga ako duda, MY WEIGHT DEFINETELY AFFFECTS THE CONDITION OF MY HEELS kada togpa gikan rebound! Sobrang weight mao cguro naka pasahkit ane ako plantar!
    Kay sauna ulitawo pa ta, gaan pa man kau ko ato----

    So what i have done , i start reducing weight and buy a shoes that has good bouncing cushion(preferably running shoes)
    and i wear slippers at home all the time ! Therapy can't solve it right away- the best thing u can do is to prevent your self from hurting your heels everytime you walk. Ako hapasan magabie og oil and wrap it with Elastic Bandage so that the applied pressure will soothe the pricking pain inside your heel. And thanks God its not a problem to me anymore since i know the score how to handle it...

    I had this 4-5 yrs ago, that time grabe ako panambok, mao to nakatrigger unya magcge kog wear ug flat sandals ug slippers.. Ang ako aunt kay nagsteroid sya, maoy mgt sa iya dr. So sa ako kay nagchange ko ug slippers, kato na humokon na klase, a little pricey pero sige nalang heheh clothlike ug tumbanan, or i'l wear shoes sa lakaw, wala nasad ko naghigh heels, kana nalang nay okasyon, kato cge pag sakit kay eroll naku ako tiil sa bottle nga naay warm-not so hot water, at home, ang ako slippers kay kana naay burot2 na mumassage sa imo tiil wen u step on it, until now mao gihapon ako haws slippers, and i try to lose weight heheh so far naminimize hangtud nga nawala.. If grabe na ang sakit kay pachek up nalang
