theres no exact price for a rent on the mall, they dont even give out the prices of their rent. what you do is give first a letter of intent and they'll give a call once they can assess it.

I'm planning to set up a Small booth business at Mall.

Does anyone knows :

1) How much is the rental fee of the Booth :

A) SM ...?

B) Ayala ...?

C) E Mall ...?

D) Fooda ... ?

2) Which Mall has more advantage ..... ?

Any recommendation is much appreciated.

Depende na sa location sa Mall TS, like for example if your booth located near the elevators and main entrance, wherein most people pass mahal na cya. So it doesn't matter kung E-mall, Ayala or SM, it depends on the location ug ang imo pud e tinda.

Naa ba mo idea or estimate sa foodcart rental dha?
I called Metro and Gaisano but both of them will only give their rental rates if Approved na ang Letter of Intent.
I want to know more unta before pursuing para makaPlan

mag depende gyud sa location sa mall and size & location sa imo stall inside or outside the mall. monthly rate di sikat nga brand will range from 12.5k to 20k (+) 12% VAT. pra ni siya sa long term and dili jud prime location.

higher ang rate sa short term like 25k to 40k for a limited number of days/weeks.

better if gikan gyud nila ang rates kay mag lahi2x gyud. sa colon, mga 120k/month sa uban space rental (di sa mall) so possible higher pud ang rate if inside sa city mall.
