Mo-comment lang ko bro regarding the so-called accomplishment of BBM in the 16th Congress.
Being an author of a bill is not an accomplishment.
It could only be considered as an accomplishment by the time that the bill is approved into a law.
If you will check those bills that he authored, the status is mostly "pending".

I got your point, yeah as far as I know there are lot of bills he authored and some of them are in pending, yet there are also being enacted into law. Given that this is their Job, but effort wise and the ability to formulate is not an easy one, I give him credits and merits for authoring those bills regardless they are on pending status or not. Still an accomplishment since some of them are enacted into laws, hence, implementing those bill into action in our society. Who should we give credit then? It is authored by whom? Then it is his accomplishment. Simple as that.

you are right about being educated, but the issue is about you being an educated unintellectual. just why can't you understand that 'marcos got acquitted on all cases'.
