Let's face it. We dont have that ideal workplace. Never. Yes we love or hate our job because...

good pay, not enjoyable work
:mrgreen: pay, boss who always like being by everyone.
poor pay, promising work
better pay, hate work

...and there are a lot more to think of.

Question is, what job factor do you consider important in looking for a job?

If you are not looking for one, what factor in your work today that keeps you from leaving? And what factor that encourage you to leave?

share everyone... i cant say anything or relate to it since i love my JOB.

I'd look for a good, safe environment to work in.

I work in a hotel and I wanna leave coz hospitality sucks. But I'm staying for the meantime coz the ppl I work with are great and the pay is too! Plus, I've met some famous ppl.

Good pay and with room for growth financially and for career advancement.
Good boss.
Positive, safe and fun environment.
Great benefits, especially relating to health.
Jobs with social awareness and responsibility. (ex. I don't wanna work in a liquor manufacturing company kay it promotes alcoholism to people. This is just my principle.)
Jobs that are family-friendly.
