Hi istoryans.


About sa land title, if ang pangalan sa owner kay naay "married to", unsa diay naa ana?. Like "Juana Santos married to Dodong Santos".


Nganong kailangan pa man ibutang nga married to? Nganung dili iya lng pangalan?


Kani nga pangutana kai about sa property sa akong lola. iyang pangalan nakasuwat nya married to sa pangalan sa akong lolo. Ni pass away na akong lolo, mga 30 yrs ago na. So unsay significance anang married to? Nya wala naman pud akong lolo, maka ingon ba nga ang mga anak naay katungod ani nga property?

If the spouse in the "married to" has already passed, an extra-judicial settlement must be filed/ made..
Said settlement will indicate the ownership composition of the heirs of the deceased owner..

By law, of the 50% ownership of the deceased spouse - 50% of which goes to the surviving spouse with the remaining 50% to be divided amongst the children..

The extra judicial settlement will indicate the exact breakdown/ share of each heir thereby determining who are the necessary signatories in the disposal of said property..

After the extra judicial settlement, a new TCT can be made indicating the new set of owners
