Cuz im one of their clients advised dat my placements will b handled by their manila office or transferred to bdo or chinabnk..

Just to make things clear, they are only closing 1 branch (cebu). In effect, all operations will now b in manila.. Biz as usual.. Credit card will still operate n yes u still hav to pay yur monthly billings..

ako lang nabantayan aning standard chartered... ka perti raba ni nila ka strikto kuno. mga bastos pod daw ang mga CSR sa Standard Chartered. My Boss has a credit card of this one. Pero wala jud ko mokuha ani ila CC oie. kay bati og feedbacks

pero i doubt Citibank will close too... bisan di ko ganahan aning Citibank, pero I think ok ni siya. Used to have their credit card before. pero na problema ko sa Citi before. pero karon na-ok na akong citibank. fully paid nako sa ilaha. but I still closed their CC kay mas nindot ang BPI CC.

There are several factors why yur card hasnt been delivered.. Why dont u jst call their toll free numbr n ask em..

sige kog tawag since august sige lang ug promise nga ila ipa deliver ang card sa ila messenger pero hangud karon wa jud ma deliver basin dili nila gusto ang client na mobayad dayon kay gamay ra ila makuha na charges.

I have been a citi client for 5+ years.okay man kaayo ila service. naay one time na naay fraud/nigamit sa ako card from abroad tungod sa cge ko online, na resolve raman nila within a week without having me to call them, they just email me updates wa gyud hasol.
