in other topic... para nako ba the lowering of age to 13 does not really have that big of an impact to solve the crimes.. kay mao ra man gihapon ang penalty - suspended sentences and referrals to diversionary programs.

Yup, Agree with the 13 years old issue, also if this teenager would be assimilated with the hardened criminals inside the jails, then a lot of bad influences and horific upgrades would happen. It's better to segregate them and transform them into a more productive citizen during confinement.

Stupidity, any action that commited by a person despite the knowledge of certainty. Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 50k
Hypocrisy, Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 100k (naay bitaw sila daghan kwarta)
Social Climber, Punishable by 6 years or a fine of 50k

Rape, punishable by cutting the organ for male or stitching and leaving small hole for women
