dilemma: mag work sa BPO while studying

hi guys need advice here

ngita kog trabaho para maka earn and help the family
then my friend said she could refer me to her company (teletech I think?)
gi convince ko niya nga di daw stressful ilaha compara sa uban, nya college man sad siya (nag OJT na)
so na convince ko gamay, told her I'll talk to her about it this sem break

Then I realized siya ra may kaila nako ga study while nag call center agent pa gyud
and most of the things I read about call centers have the words "stressful", "tiresome", "pirmi magkasakit", "hago sa lawas", etc. nya kasagaran nailhan nako nga students nag work niundang na kay nag earn na man.

any advice? especially kanang student nya ga work ug call center. kapoy kaayo? or maka handle ra mo?

You hit the nail when you said 'stressful' ang work sa call center... but if ever you get to join the BPO, just tell the WFM or the Work Force Management (the people plotting your skeds/shift) that you be place on a fix shift time since your still studying. They can adjust it for you. Teletech is working for an Aus-Telco company mostly. Shift times starts early dawn.

Then again, if ever you get to work, again its all about time management. Just tell your TL (if maka work naka) nga your studying.. submit your Study LOADS para matagaan ug allotted ka sa best time nimo nga maka out paka in time for your school class.

I have friends whose studying in USC and they're also working... Though again, dili sila full loads sa ilang units...

nya musta man sila? are they stressed out nga ganahan mu undang skwela or nakaya ra nila? USC man sad ko nya kaila namo didto gud nag call center nya undang skwela.

im not working in teletech. Walay Chill sa work dong kay naa jd ang ang work pressure ug stress.. its side by side jd na. Naa ra man jd na sa tao if makaya nya or dili. You have to have a big sacrifice jd kay imo man ebalance ang imong work ug imong study... naa tanan imong sacrifice sa imong self.

Ask yourself nalang if makaya ba nimo or dili ang mag juggle sa imong time between work and study... if di nimo makaya dunganon ang duha.. its better you pick one over the other nalang.

TS kung mahimo, pg focus ra sa imung skwela kung makaya financially, unya nanang trabaho, kung dli gyud, pde ka try sa SSI sa tamiya, survey ilaha mao mn guro nang western wats sauna, mudawat cla part time, akong miga 9pm - 1am ang sked.

Stress man jud ts basta manarbaho. Depende ra man pud na nimo unsaon pag handle.

imagina nlang daan ts ug asa pa nimo ibutang imong tug ky imong time imong ispend sa 9hrs trabaho, pila pa ka oras ang skwela nya tuon pjd.

samot mag take kag calls, ma opaw jd kag sayo ana ts. haha.

although i had some friends nga nag skwela while working. but i think less ra ang load na ilang gikuha ky d jd na mada if full load.

sakto jd...stress mn gani nga naa ra sa balay permi then kaon/tulog ray buhaton.. so ako pa nimo TS if kaya paman kaha nga magfull time ka sa imong pagtungha then focus sa lang.. kay sa akong mga nailhan nga ni sud anang butanga resulta ang duha ang nawala,, they failed sa school then cge pd absent sa work.. but ikaw..if driven lang pd cguro ka makaya ra pd baya

hahaha.. makahinumdom ko ani sa ako barkada katong nag school pa mi. Nag work pud to siya full time nya nag school at the same time pero dili jud madala kay 8hours ang work nya human work school napud ang resulta ni resign siya sa iyang trabaho nya ni undang pud ug skwela. Nag duwa na lng siya ug dota tibuok semester. lol
