With all the supposed 'victims' basically anyone at any point in this country can file a case against marcos.

Yes, some say that the courts can be biased but seriously during that time the 'whole' country hated the marcoses they would definitely clamor to have the cases against marcos win. But where? You can even cook a case if you really wanted it that bad.

A martial law that he himself declared under his twisted constitution. He was the KING.

Who would want to question the order of the King?

If all cases were only based on Marcoses' twisted appeal to facts. We would still be under Martial Law until now.
