Is someone copying files, personal info, etc., in my laptop through the Internet? Please help me

Hi, I use my laptop a lot and I get this "Copying..." pop-up several times a day every day. Worried kaayo ko kay basin ug naay naka-connect sa akong laptop through the Internet unya nag-copy sa akong mga files, personal info, etc. Someone said basin temp file kono ni sa akong g-work on sa Microsoft Word and it's constantly updating. I just want to make sure.

*Every day ni, many times in a day

somekind of virus na mam.. or add-ons and no if dli shared imong files sa network dli ka copy ang naa sa pikas

thanks, sir @BolABug, sa reply. pero unsa ako buhaton, sir? naa man ko AVG free antivirus. wa diay ni matangtang kaning virusa. asa man ko patangtang ani, sir?

first back-up all important files(either USB, external or even CD).. kay if worst thing happends mo katag ang virus reformat jud solution...

then i deep scan imong pc through avast(I dont trust this anti-virus).. or better yet ipatan-aw sa tech ehehehehe bitaw lisod kaayo iexplain

Monitor internet connection via tools on google then scan which is using bandwidth if none, it's not a virus but rather a poorly coded program na "gigamit" ang Windows Explorer (shell) para mucopy og files (instead dapat hidden na) if di ka ma kontento sa skung advice scan with Avira + Malwarebytes.

also na poy tools online na makamonitor sa file system (mga copies/deletions/renames operations sa HDD) i try og check what file is being copied from what directory
