There is no cure yet for dengue, ang treatment is supportive ra. But I've heard there is an herb na maka cure pero it hasn't been proven pa. So whatever floats your boat, use it...

dengue fever is viral, just like a flu. there is no exact medication/treatement for this disease condition. pero, naa koy nadunggan nga chismis naa na daw ginabuhat na vaccine karon for dengue fever. i don't know if when ni nila e-public. there is no guarantee man gud na if naayo naka sa dengue dili naka maka-experience balik ani nga sakit. naay tendency gihapon na magkadengue ka balik.

ang important lang gyud if you have this disease condition is to have paracetamol kay imong body temperature may rise and fall in a day.

then you have to drink lots of fluids since you are dehydrated and also decrease imong platelet count-- to prevent complications like bleeding just drink plenty of fluids. apple juice or manggagaw or just a plain plain water will do.

if dili grabe ang imong dengue fever, no complications ra. pwede ra gyud ni xia dili ma-admit sa hospital. follow up lang gyud permi sa doctor then always be updated with your laboratory especially the platelet count.

    THIS IS A FORWARDED EMAIL......

    this may be of interest...

    guys, this is true.. here's

why based on my very recent personal experience on an immediate family

    member..

    my cousin started having fever

wednesday of last week. we thought it was just an ordinary fever because

by friday, she's "well". but came saturday, fever came back and

by sunday she started vomitting everything she ate. also there were rashes

on her arms and legs and she still has this on/off fever. so by monday,

she went for a check up at East Evenue MC, and there she was told her blood

platelet is dropping, which by then is 75. she was advised to be confined

at the hospital. so we accompanied her at United Doctors MC that monday

afternoon, and there her blood platelet dropped to 60. all tests were done

to her and more blood were taken for tests. by tuesday, she had to have

a blood transfusion because her blood platelet continues to drop at 57

by that time and another blood transfusion later that day.

i got this email tuesday night.

i really would not like to believe on this one at first, but i said what's

there to loose if we try it. we were told by the doctor (and also by
    google)

that there is no cure for dengue, our body has its own way to fight it

(i believe they're called antibodies) so she was just given antibiotics

and dextrose more of antibiotics. so by wednesday morning, we extracted

the raw juice from green papaya leaves, we washed it with water first and

pounded it to small pieces and squuezed it using a filter cloth. dont boil

the leaves, dont put it on a hot water, dont mix it with water. it was

tedious to have one spoonful of raw papaya leave juice and my cousin said

it's too bitter-tasting but then again, she has to take it in. by wednesday

night, her blood platelet went up to 150 and and by thusday it went up

further. by friday morning, the count is a remarkable 219 and she was advised

to be discharged. now she's back at home recuperating and resting (just

after 4 days at the hospital, when most dengue cases require you to be

at the hospital one week at the very least and three week tops).

so if you know somebody who has

dengue, please do this.. this worked three times and there's really no

harm in trying (just mix it with bunch of prayers).. i am not a big fan

of traditional medicines but sometimes we need to go back to basics or

more importantly, we need not forget the basics..
