Some suggest that we need a civil war, but the problem with it is after we deposed the old ruling class,it will be replaced by a new ruling class,since nature abhors a vacuum.There are two classes of people.One class rules and the other is ruled.Mosca states that oligarchy is the only form of government, and I think this is the nature of things.We just need to voice our opinion and try to change things through persuasion.
