Unhappy Need help for an injured dog

    Hello!

Anybody knows any organization that rescues injured dogs? And can give medical attention to it?

Yesterday morning I heard outside a dog crying in pain. Didn't mind it, it's either it got hit by a vehicle or somebody battered it with something.. to my surprise, that injured dog went inside our lot. Passed by the small hole in the old gate. Its injured. Broken right elbow, you can see the bones out and its flesh wound, its limping. Traumatized and in great pain, squealing when it moves limping.

And it finds refuge and security in our lot as he remains free to move. Our old dogs seem to sympathize with it. Didn't care to attack or fight the intruder dog. Only till a barking session, probably they are just trying to shoo it away. But the injured dog remains in our premises.

I tried to contact IRO - but they declined, they said they have no medical care capacity for injured dogs. They refer me to City Pound. I called. No doctors on a saturday. And eventually the lady said, they don't do such operation. Only till spaying and neutering. And the lady said, if you can afford. Send it to a PRIVATE VET clinic.

It's not our dog. That private vet clinic could cost big money for sure. As we got a neighbor whose dog had broken bones. Damaged was 10k to a private vet clinic. How much more for that dislocated elbow.

I asked my neighbors whose dog is this. Nobody knows. Could be just one of the stray dogs in the street.

    Suggestions anyone?

P.S. We already have 4 dogs. Having difficulty feeding them. We can't afford another dog to be fed if ever.

    Please help.

Sa asa ni dapit? Asa na ang dog karo? Talked to one of the admins of Rehabilitation of Mandaue City Pound group and they are willing to find ways to help the dog.

@PrincessDapitan. Lagi, more likely gibunalan ni xa. Wala naligsan..
@gestalt. Thanks. IRO man gihapon. They can't help when it comes to medical needs. They don't have medical capabilities.
@Princess_Lai. Lahug. That's good. But don't know where it is now.
@Badme, Si Kirsten. Yupz, they did refer me to City Pound. Which also declined as neutering and spaying ra ila specialty. Refered me to go to a private vet clinic if I can afford. =(

Update: The dog just went out our premises a week ago. Must have gone out the very same hole it went in last time. At least he was able to have rest and recuperate in our premises for 2 weeks or so(making the old nipa hut his hotel). Haven't seen that dog since outside the street.

just saw again the dog today when i went out the street. freely roaming on the street. together with other stray dogs around.. he looks better though. not anymore squealing in pain.. but his lower arm dangling.. would have been better for the dog to have his arm amputated
