One (1) Credit & Collection/Marketing Officer
(Davao City)
Responsibilities:
To structure and implement General Accounting Systems for Express Loans and all subsidiaries
To monitor and manage the daily financial transactions & functions to ensure compliance with policies
To generate monthly on time accurate financial statements for Express Loans and all subsidiaries
Will solicit and generate new loan accounts to build up new portfolio and increase customer base
Provide accurate financial reporting and oversee on areas of new loans, receivables, collections, payables, deposits and payments based on set deadlines
Sales and Marketing via traditional and social media
Should be able to efficiently communicate, ensure excellent customer service and preserve integrity in the performance of duties and responsibilities
Requirements:
Female, 21 to 28 years old
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Management Accounting or Finance
At least two (2) years of work experience in General Accounting, Micro Lending or Real Estate
Supervisory experience in a sales/marketing/credit & collection/MLM company is an advantage
Highly proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting systems
Must be familiar with Facebook Groups posting, Facebook Page administration & social media
Has strong attention to detail and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision
With pleasant personality, cheerful disposition and of good moral character
Must have above-average oral and written English & Filipino communication skills
