knang third party institutions na mu handle sa kwarta... example: naa ku baligya balay nya ikaw aku buyer... ang downpayment kay 100T, 50T payable in 10days.. instead mubayad ka sa akua directly, sa escrow company ka bayad sa 50T... after ma human na ang purchase sales agreement, and mubayad ka sa other 50T, makuha naku ang other 50T sa escrowcompany....

In the same boat 6 years after this thread is opened. Went to metrobank yesterday, they had no idea about it and said they'll get back to me on it but I didn't get anything back.

Most if not all BANKS nato have escrow services.
Pero ayaw mo pang-inquire from the tellers or sa new accounts kay wa na sila'y alamag most of the time.

Same with UITF's, VUL's, etc in these banks... ang tellers & new accounts staff wala jud alamag tawn.
Imbis kitaý mangayo og info, kita naman noon motudlo nila kung unsa ni.
Naa hinoon dedicated staffs to handle this.
