I just hope that all your games and apps runs well on Windows 10.
dagan ra tanan so far, even classic-old-school dos games.
Most of the companies doesn't support Windows 10 as of the moment. It will take time for them to migrate to Windows 10.
first issue so far encountered on windows 10:
magburn unta ko cd ron then i realized wala man diay ma detect sa windows 10 akong dvd writer.. checked the device manager, wala pud didto ang dvd writer bisag yellow question mark lang unta to at least makita nato driver ray problema.. pero nada.. wala jud didto.. so i checked the bios, boom, it's there..
now currently finding ways to bet back my dvd writer.. kinsay naka experience na ani? any fixes?
That is the problem of upgrading to the latest version of any operating system. Most device drivers doesn't support Windows 10 yet. It will take for the new version of device drivers to be released.
Windows 10 is programmed to seek and disable pirated games | PCGamesN
The EULA also notes that “unauthorised hardware peripheral devices” will also be disabled, which is a more unusual subject that pirated software. It’s not clear if this refers to fake and imitation products, or things like modified controllers that grant the user an unfair edge.
it's connected because BIOS was able to detect it.. it is listed in the BIOS.. and no, it's not a driver issue because the device wasn't detected in the first place..
and now i have fixed it already.. some registry issues i suppose.. here's the fix:
Note that this should be run as administrator and you might have to add this manually if "Controller0" key doesn't exist yet.. double check this reg path after executing..reg.exe add "HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\atapi\Cont roller0" /f /v EnumDevice1 /t REG_DWORD /d 0x00000001
i read this and the original article has been updated already: http://www.gamespot.com/articles/win.../1100-6429805/
anyways, it's just not possible because microsoft doesn't own those other softwares and devices unless they would create an agreement or sort of which is still not plausible..
It really nice to wait until most of the companies and had upgraded to Windows 10, so less or no problems will be encountered.
