otherwise, kun di ta musalig sa polis, asa o ka-kinsa pa man diay ta musalig?


i mean it may sound stupid but we're like trapped as we have no choices afterall


but i suggest nga if ever we notice something isn't right or we smell something fishy then it would be good to report or take a photo (picture) or any evidence to report to Ombudsman or police internal affairs even as anonymous complainant or as a concern citizen to protect our identity
