LTO Cebu District Office location?
Hi. I'll be going to Cebu next week coming from Manila to take care of papers of my vehicle which was originally registered in Cebu and needed transfer of ownership. Couldn't be done here in Manila. I would just like to ask directions(and tips na rin) from the airport to the LTO office in Cebu City. Which public transport to take, where to dine, and where to stay overnight(low-budget lang po sana)? Hope to be done in a day, fly in early morning and flyout in the evening, if possible. Thanks!

naa sa mandaue city, naa pud sa cebu city....then i dont know kon ang ang sa sm mo madawat ba na sila ingon ana nga business/transaction....

It's near the South Bus Terminal. But I doubt if you could do it within the day, considering how gov't. agencies work. Regarding your stay, many options such as lodging houses. Many food options too. But I really2x doubt if you could get it done in a day.

Makalagot ang LTO
nadakpan akong delivery vehicle ....wala daw LTFRB excemption. ngano pa bayron pa man ta ana.. .isnt LTFRB para jeepney ug taxi. wala na jud sila lain revenue pangwartahan pa jud ta.... ahaka ani nila oi
nagpa hungaw lang ko.
