How about stipulating "prohibition of Pre-termination" sa contract nga Fixed-term. Bali bawal ang muresign. Allowed ba na? Dapat jud unta noh ang fixed-term dili security sa employers nga makahold silag taw kundi security nila nga pwede mapaundang ang taw after sa iya term without any cause. Naglibog ko, illegal ang involuntary servitude unja maka prohibit og resignation? Dili ba na forced labor?
