the waiters / waitresses were very lousy plus they were not familiar with whats on their menu. Dugay mi huwat sa food plus kadaghanan sa amo gi-order which is of course is on the menu was not available.
@harryperales: had a similar bad experience a year ago... was out with my friends and when we were asking for service morag slow to respond ang ilang waiter/waitress... di ra ba puno ang resto...
anyway, order na mi, a lot of what we ordered was also not available...
i ended up eating lasagna (which was not worth the price) pero that's still better than getting a different dish from what i ordered (which happened to my friend)... iya na lang gikaon kay gutom naman siya...
since then, i haven't been back...
last week, i had the worst time at KFC SM...
ordered fully loaded but ala sila brownies na...ice cream na lang in a stick...since take out siya ala na lang ko dayon sa fully loaded cause unsaon nalang ang ice cream malanay...
i ordered something else...2 orders of hot & spicy...mashed potato...og uban pa...& i requesred to have a bigger part of the chicken like pitso or breast ...sad to say, wings & paa na lang available...the cashier named CARMIE TERNATE told me if it's ok if i wait for 5mins...of course OK lang...no prob...so i sit there & waited....i was a bit bz with my phone as i sat down txtng wd my hubby....& i realized nga almost 15mins na diay ko nag-wait...& i looked at the counter & i saw it at their trays (sa mga nang-order) nga bigger part na man ilaha...so i assumed LUTO na jud, ayt? a crew passed by & i called him up to make follow-up of my order....another 10mins passed...ala japon...& i called another crew again (upset na ko gamay at that point)...then ala japon....then i saw a manager near mister donut & i called her & waved the stub (or unsa tawag ana kanang nay number ba) & she nodded...then went away....it was almost 45mins ing-adto ang situation...i couldn't also leave the table where i am seated cause i have lots of grocery bags & all....then a first crew came to me & asked me what was my order...& i said so...then he came back after 10mins...i checked the food but he gave me the wrong stuffs...i mean di mao sa akong g-order...then i asked him what happened...he was sorry cause they couldn't find my receipt...i was really upset...that damn stupid cashier lost my receipt...mao diay!
ang process diay sa kfc fastfood based ato na experience is...the cashier gets the order...if it's take out & pahulaton ka...they will just place ur number (stub) sa receipt then they'll place it somewhere for another crew to prepare if that order is ready....only to find out nga gwagtang sa kanahan nga cashier...
makasapot jud di ba? OK ra mohuwat if ala pa jud naluto...5mins became 1 hour...puslan man gilangay ko pagkadawat na nako sa akong food...i let the crew watched over my things & went to the cashier & tried to speak with the cashier nga gaga...pasensya na sa words mga peeps kay until now makasapot japon hunahunaon...nagpabungol-bungol ang kanahan...so the crew nga nig-atiman nako...i failed to get his name (the guy was ok)...get in & talked to that certain Carmie...i see the fear in her eyes...og ako siyang gipagawas...wa na koy care sa mga tawo...i somewhat shouted at her...asked for her name...complete name...which she couldn't give me...nalimot siguro syas iya name...then i asked for her ID...ala siya'y ID...what d hell! employee ka nya ala kay ID....og unya nibalik siyag sulod cause i told her if u can't show me ur ID u call ur manager ..nahadlok...then ang manager nigawas...apologetic...which shudn't be the case cause it wasn't the manager's fault....i waited for that stupid cashier carmie to say sorry which she failed to do so....as in basta gayawyaw ko didto...wd the presence of her manager...i got her name...& told her it's negligence...she shouldn't lost my receipt....in her kind of job...she should be focused all the time...though i know ala to tuyoa but still she should always be focused...organized....
i took her picture tungod sa akong kalagot....
at this point i have my letter prepared to be sent to KFC managment...swerte lang na si carmie sa pagkakaron kay ang KFC nga website under construction...but my sentiments would not stop there...i have to still send my letter in some other ways....
honestly, this experience would not stop from going back to KFC...i still would eat there...i love their chicken pero that person should be given whatever she deserves (u know what i mean?)....
mao ni iya pic...luoy kaayo siya og nawong...pero she needs to learn a lesson...kanang guy sa likod mao nay ning-assist nako...that guy is ok...

KFC Capitol site is also lousy..I complained about the taste of their coleslaw nga mura jud medisina and mo insist jud ila manager nga mao jud daw to ang taste, I told her it was not my first time to eat at KFC so niingon sya nga ireplace na lang daw, sadly mashed potatoes ilang ireplace which I didnt want to try that time...pahatag siguro na silag training proposal ay, ako nyang hatagan for customer service..heheheee

I feel so sorry about that experience of you.. fastfood became slow food.. hehe
but i know everything seems so forgettable.. through time.
Like you, am also a victim of makasapot situation.
Maybe naa lang personal prob ang crew thats why out of focus.. maybe wala sya money for his family to feed, to support her kin or whatever financial related mind sucking problem.
I feel that.. forgiving is the best way a real woman could offer..

Stay calm ... We hope management will take action sooner.
After all... to FORGIVE is to FORGET.

but we understand. no one wants a lousy service.
Report her to the Colonel, for swifter action. If you do complain, just do it after you get your food. I try to remind myself that "saliva" must be a nasty topping.....![]()

although I usually try to complain directly to the manager (when I encounter poor service) and I do it as diplomatically as possible...
