Well regarding this churrasco buffet..can't recommend any coz I havent bump into something here or I dont even bother trying to find one.
But theoritically speaking our local meat or pork here is way better tasting than the meat produce Brazil, or as an expert foodie, food and travel writer told me regarding Brazil's meat...esp the pork.
So it's not much of a challenge replicating the way they do bbq ala churrasco but the only thing here the way how its being capitalized---and people w/o the real taste and knowledge for such cuisine or food culture tend to overrate it. And of course popularity and marketing shoots up and they overprice it not because it's authentic but its something new and it's facebookable hahaha!
