for my top 3 body weight exercises (with many variations)
1. Dips (front chest dip-for killer pecs, tricep dips for, yes, tricep.if it's too light, use 1 arm tricep dip or maybe drink lots of water)
2. Pull-ups (wide - for nice V-shape torso. if it's to light, use 1 arm
3. Single leg squat

1. Chatarangas (yoga ang peg.. this is like a modified/dynamic plank)
2. High knees
3. Single leg (dead?)lifts
These three target the upper body, core, and lower body effectivelyComplete!
Kung sports:
1. swimming - di ka panington/uhawon (pool H20 hydration haha). Great for the joints/spine.
2. running - blasts jiggly fats quick; great cardio booster
3. yoga - great for recovery & therapy; good conditioning/strengthening option that's kind to joints.
