    better get at least 6 hours of sleep a day...unsaon mana nimong daghan ka natigom niya ma tigok ra nya ka tungod sa kuwang sa tug? ang lack of rest ra ba ang pinakamain cause of hypertension ug heart attacks sa younger generation.

    wa pud siguroy namatay kay kuwang sa tulog boss.. hehehe
    Basta feel nako nga dili na makaya sa ako lawas, dili ra man pud nako pugson. Matulog jud ko kung kapoy nah. 4hours-6hours tulog normal ra man na nako. Ingon ana ra jud ako tulog permi since college. hehehe

    kapoy sd ana boss oi! 4 hrs ra tulog? deads ka ana! pero ambot lng if pwede ba 8hrs pero putol putol na sleep.hehehe....ayahay imo sss ug philhealth sir kai duha ang deductions.heheheh

    hahaha.. ayaw pud nang deds boss oi. physically healthy pa tawn ko praise God! , usa ra man ako contribution sa ako sss boss, ang full-time ra. akong isa kay freelance man.

    bro...ayaw lang kumpyansa...although you may feel very healthy right now, grabe ka traydor ang heart attack...also, daghan side effects ang resulta sa kuwang ug tug...you may not feel the effects now but as you grow older, diha na mang gawas ang sakit:
