notifications not working properly

@burgersteak, please check your "User Tagging" settings and uncheck all "General Settings" options. Let me know if it works.

@Passport, that is an odd behaviour. Can you try and reset your settings as well? By design it does add an entry if you mentioned someone but you should also be getting one if someone mentions you.

@BeoR by default all User Tagging - General Settings are unchecked. What I did was checked all User Tagging General Settings. I'll let you know the results then. Thank You!

testing quote for notifs using Firefox 3.9 this time...

EDIT:

UPDATE.... after a few minutes, NO sign of Notifications that I made a quote unlike previous.

seems to be good now.

EDIT 2: using Chrome Version 44.0.2403.107 m, but I guess this is not related to the type of browser used.
