    Default heart attack @ 35

I just had a heart attack at 35. no one would ever suspects me nor there were signs that i was at high risk . I am not fat not I am a sluggish creature. I was athletic and previous diagnostics that did show any abnormalities in one of my coronary arteries. Doctors found a fats and cholesterol on it that cause the heart attack. I have a pending angioplasty but its going to cost me 500k.

    Bro,

this is going to be mind over body kind of thing.

I have MVP. Yes, I experience chest pains, palpitations, dizziness, shortness of breath and most likely halos tanan symptoms na imo na feel ron.

even when I am lying down mag palpitate ko even when I am not doing anything or mag shortness of breath lang ug kalit bsan wala rakoi gbuhat.

When you have MVP you will have to deal with the symptoms. I am telling you a heart attack is not something that will keep you standing on your toes. Most of the time when you experience a heart attack lup.og ka diretso...

do not think about it...ayaw karira ang pgka masakiton....because it will cause your body to produce more symptoms then magbuot2x daun kag interpret..maparanoid daun ka and the likes and musaka daun imo anxiety level...which is common sa mga naa MVP..

anyway...considering the fact that you are Hypertensive, it is best that you control your BP by all means possible. Yes, all means possible...no excuses...samtang bata pata..let's go go go and be healthy.

the thing that you have to be worried when you have MVP kai infections like tonsillitis, pharyngitis, sore throat....kai if ang bacteria mutravel sa imo heart....ang ending...RHD or rheumatic heart disease which is more malevolent than mitral valve prolapse..

    therefore, no self-medication please...

do not ask kinsa ang nakasurvive ug heart attack...trust me..you wouldn't want to get to that point...

My MVP is super bothersome...so ako gbuhat...gdagan nako sa treadmill....before treadmill i have an elliptical machine...

nano gud tawon ibaby nako ning sakita...push yourself...

mag gym mi sa ako pares every night 8pm naa mi sa gym...kai mao ra ang ipermit na time sa amo work schedule...

i drink coffee one cup a day kai magduka ko sa hospital...but not more than that...

it is really your choice bro...ug ganahan makakita ug paagi..ug di ganahan...dghan rason...ana rana nga logic bro...

ayaw panganad cge adto doctor..kalas au kwarta...

mao rana bro..exercise...exercise...and diet...bahala mubo ra imo exercise basta dli ka sedentary...
