this really is a no-brainer. kahibaw na man ta unsa jud ang angayan buhaton aron mahilis nang mga excess baggages diha.
1. exercise- cardio/weights, wala may spot reduction kun modaut ka, modaut na tanan: tiyan, nawong, paa, etc...
2. proper diet- bisan unsaon ug jogging pero inig human derecho sa fastfood kaon ug 5 ka burgers, 3 large french fries, 2xl soda plus 2 sundaes, i doubt kun naay matangtang sa bilbil. mapun-an pa siguro hinu-on.

Any cardiovascular exercises that burns a lot of calories/fats. And be sure that you're burning more calories than you take in.
Here's my to do list: (I make it a point I will be able to do all of it every week)
1. Jogging
2. Sports (playing basketball and practicing martial arts most of the time)
3. Going to the gym and lift some weights (in spare times)
4. Limiting my diet and not eating when I don't feel hungry
5. Biking
And since I life near USC-TC, instead of taking a jeepney, I walk going to Foodland, BTC and Country Mall sometimes usually early morning or late afternoon.
