- HD 7770 GH Edition 2 GB VRAM (from Dell)... gave it to my bro for his desktop based workstation rig...
- MSI R9 270X Hawk (2 units)... used to mine scrypt algo crypto coins then used as the xfirex GPUs on my main gaming rig. now, the other one is unused... kept inside its original box while the other one is used as the current GPU on my entertainment/ general-use rig...
- ASL GTX 750 Ti 2 GB VRAM (6 units)... used to mine X11 algo crypto coins...



then this one, this is not a GPU but a PPU (PhysX Processing Unit)... diri lang nako ibutang ha...

- BFG Ageia PPU 128 MB DDR3 ram (The father of Nvidia PhysX)... purchased this for the "eye candy" on PhysX maps on my beloved oldy FPS game, UT3... don't know if naa ba'y nag gamit ug PPU diri sauna or if available pud ni dha sa Pinas during it's heyday... mine is still functional and good as new... kaso, not supported naman ni's Nvidia... gipares ni nako ang Ageia PPU before sa ani na GPUs... Radeon HD 4870X2 in CrossfireX (quad GPU)...



i'm contemplating to buy an OEM GTX 745 2GB vram for my current mini-ITX rig.

Ageia PPU 128 MB DDR3 ram..

my dream before..cant contain my excitement when i saw the demo video on youtube that i asked my < gaming > boss to buy this card for his PC.

so expensive that time.

^ hehehe... ikaw gyud bro butitoy... sa binisaya pa... "nganong ni'ng enter!"... tsk tsk tsk... and 8088 PC (XT) man gyud ang sinugdanan aning sakit nko ba... ahahahaha...

mao gyud, nice kaayo ang Ageia PPU before. tungod sa Ageia PhysX, nag kisi2x ang Nvidia na paliton nila... para ma solo nila ang PhysX technology. after gani napalit sa Nvidia ang Ageia & its PhysX IP, pwede pa ipares ang Nvidia GPU (that supports nvidia Physx) sa mga AMD GPUs. then, ning tukar ang pagka igihan sa Nvidia... wla na nila gi supporta-han ang hybrid PhysX during the driver updates nila. even the Ageia PPU, wla na'y support. Win XP ra ang support sa driver nya... business decision man lagi... hehehe...

anyhow, the same gyud ta'g na experience after naka kita sa demo. ako, actual demo akoang na kit-an diri's Shanghai last 2007... bisan wla pa ko naka palit ug desktop PC kay bag-o pa ko abot diri, pag 1st sweldo, akoa gyu'ng gibalik sa shop then purchase ko's PPU... akoang gi piyongan ang price 'coz it was selling like hot cakes...

here, allow me to share again the image of the BFG Ageia PPU (on top) and the BFG 6600GT 8x AGP (below)... akoa na ning na share diri sauna on one of the discussion threads...




by the way, naa na'y Blue LED ang base sa fan sa PPU... mura'g fan sa MSI R9 270X Hawk... pang puno sa presyo... tuwingwingwing... pero, imagine, that was 2006 ~ 2007... during that time, ang LED lighting nya was awesome... hehehe... gipalit ang Ageia sa Nvidia pag 2008...
