pila equivalent sa copper before ka mag-ilis sa iridium? 1:3 perhaps?

    -anti-corrosion and etc

..that characteristic of the plug made me decide to try and im happy with my choice....

dili siguro tanan ga-iridium using stock engine is ignorant
Maski ang stock SP bro mu last na ug 5 years, kay ang warranty ana sa manufacturer is 5 years >>> LINK, ang carb engines man gud mag usab2x ang A/F mixture kay sensitive kaayo ug moisture or dust particles ang caburetor jettings or air inlet tubes resulting to a richer mixture nya mu carbon gamay ang SP, usahay di na gyud mukayo but it does`nt mean nga naguba na SP, a simple steel brush and gasoline cleaning will revive the SP, moisture and carbon soot will insulate the tip resulting nga usahay di na kaayo mukayo ang SP, carb engines does`nt have a constant A/F mixture, usahay mu lean usahay sad mu rich, and I learned to adopt on that scenario, unlike sa mga FI engines nga always constant gyud ang A/F mixture...

Siguro dili na lang nato ingnon nga medyo ignorante if it touches your EGO, ana-on na lang nato ug storya nga medyo daghan ka ug kwarta para palit ug IRIDIUM SP...

durability does not just mean life or warranty. It means useful life of SP.

for ex, based on this ratio 1:3, i only have to replace my plug one time while you already replaced 3 times. Now, before you replace a plug you clean it every now and then and re-gap it. I understand re-gapping is necessary to maintain optimal spark and it means the tip has oxidized or already corroded. Iridium does not necessarily need re-gapping due to the durability of its material.

With this scenario, you will experienced a lot of degraded performance and maintenance time from your copper spark plugs than using iridium plugs. I wont even touch or take it out kung ok pa ang performance.

..ug mao nay reason ngano ga-gamit ko ug iridium..wala ko mag-apas nga naay performance effect but due to simplier maintenance.
say, copper plugs at 50-100 each while iridium at 500+, i really wouldnt mind paying an additional of 200-300 more kung di ko mahasol ug maintenance.

Time is gold, mao ila ingon so kana ako gi invest sa iridium ma recover ko sa lain pa-agi kay gamay ra ako maintenance time.

Actually dili man jud ingon hasol kay dili naman ko anang re-gap or even limpyo sp, as long as correct ang a/f mixture sa carb no need na ang limyohan ang sp kay always brownish jud na ang tip walay unburned carbon. Naa ra koy bawn extra ordinary sp, once mabusted na (mostly after 2-3yrs) ilisan dayon nako ug bago nya labay na tong daan. 1-2 min raman pag tang2x taud ug SP. Not much of a hassle.

Pero kadtong nag iridium ko straight almost 4yrs jud to usa pa gitangtang ug gi-ilisan.

Sa klasi sa akong motor man gud dili ra jud hasol mag tang2x ug SP kay wala namay fairings nga tangtangon.

Been using iridium sparks not for engine performance pero sa starting purposes lang, kahasol anang magtang2x pakas spark nya imong limpyo2x-han.
