Received a quote from one of your agents recently for the same Equity Fund (Chinese Tycoon).
Honestly, the percentage rate of returns are quite good but wala pa ko mo go kay I'm intrigue with the figures under the column "Living Benefit" on the Fund Fact Sheet.
Why is it, dako man kaau mabawas from my capital, about 3+ % jud? I hope my computation is wrong
Unya pa jud if I will decide to top up my investment on the following year, why is it again magkagamay man ang Living Benefit value? Which leads to an increasing percentage loss ( obviously not just 3% ) wala nah nako ge compute kay klaro man kaau ako 6 figures initial investment had dropped to 5 figures nalang?
Where not talkin here about performance index pa, may lang ug positive pero ug nega impas dayon capital cguro dili kaabtan tuig. This is my main concern.

Granted nga high risk jud ang Equity Funds compared to other Trust Products but I dunno if ing-ani ba sad ang sa uban like BDO or BPI.
It appears to me man gud nga instant 3% loss dayon on my first year of investment.
Again, I hope my interpretation to the chart is wrong.

Sis, do you have other Investment-Linked-Insurance products but not Life Insurance?
Mas mo prefer ko ana mapahimuslan nako (Health insurance) nga buhi pako kesa tsugee nako.

Madam, regarding sa imuhang concern on the computation of the Chinese Tycoon Fund, it would be better to verify the information with the agent nga nihatag nimu sa proposal kay sa akoa naa man koy lahi nga paagi to explain it the table that you are referring. As much as I'd like to explain it to you, however, di ko gusto nga mo go overboard sa akong boundary kay mo respect man ko sa ako fellow agents once naa nay naka handle nga agent daan.

As for Health Insurance, yes, naa mi ana. Healthmax. Minimum coverage is 1M and the max coverage is 10M. The annual premium will depend on your age and gender kay sa healthmax medyo higher ug gamay ang babae kaysa sa lalaki. Here is a link for our healthmax info.

Real estate investment can be considered passive if you plan to wait until the market appreciates before you flip the property. You can also rent it out. Speaking of property, for everyone who is in the U.S. or who has connections there, look for possible investments through Dameri and Trexler's MLS El Dorado Hills listings.

I agree that real estate is a very good investment. However, one must take into account the liquidity of the assets. Real estate properties are hard to liquidate that's why you must make sure that you have a liquid source in case you need finances asap. Speaking of realty, we have 3 apartment units for rent, it is really good. However, it is always coupled with headaches. Tenants who doesn't pay the rent on time, usually these tenants are the ones who are even aggressive and we even settled it in the Brgy Lupon. There are expenses for the damages of the unit which usually cost more than the deposited amount of the tenant, what's worst there are times when tenants just leave without any notice and did not pay rent. We've learned our lesson the hard way that's why we already switched our goals and invest our money on stocks.

Yes, I second the motion that land is not a liquid investment. You cannot just turn it into cash. There are many things that should be consider like: 1) as an investment, how much do you stand to gain out of that property? When do you expect to get that profit?
    2) Are you ready to pay real estate taxes plus maintenance costs to make sure that no once occupies your lot? 3) Check out the historical price increases of lots in the area, including the zonal valuation, to have a better idea of how good your buying price is.

Real estate can be a good investment provided you earn more than inflation, net of all expenses and taxes.

^ If you rely on raw real estate properties then ipa-increase lang ang value in time (usually long term), dili jud siya liquid for "passive income".
pero sa US, ny maayo kayo in flipping wherein it will range from 3 to 5 days ra for short term or weeks to months for medium term then resell dayon but this entails so much skills, knowledge and proper management. (active income) stressful man sad ni.

lahi rasad ang setting sa pinas. dugay2x gyud mahalin, hehe.

mao jud na bantayan if passive na pa renta
better if mo start sa liquid assets ky di dali ma liquidate ang solid ones. It will lose its value esp. rush or "sayop" napalit.
