Senior Team Leads (Non-Voice)		Graduate of any Bachelor's degree At least 3 years supervisory experience in any industry	• Assists the Manager in overall management of day to day operations. • Accountable in team reporting which includes weekly status reports, end of shift reports, productivity reports and other operations-related reports.
Team Lead (Non-Voice)		Graduate of any Bachelor's degree At least 2 years supervisory experience in any industry	• Assists the Manager in overall management of day to day operations. • Accountable in team reporting which includes weekly status reports, end of shift reports, productivity reports and other operations-related reports.
Team Lead (Voice)		Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree At least 2 years supervisory experience in the BPO Industry	• Assists the Manager in overall management of day to day operations. Accountable in team reporting which includes weekly status reports, end of shift reports, productivity reports and other operations-related reports. • Serves as initial point of contact for procedural and technical issues.
Jr. Team Lead (Non-Voice)		Graduate of any Bachelor's degree At least 1 year supervisory experience in any industry	• Assists the Team Lead in overall management of day to day operations. • Accountable in team reporting which includes weekly status reports, end of shift reports, productivity reports and other operations-related reports.
