by the way, be sure you got a very skilled mechanic.. Ako first hand na dali og tiguwang when I swapped engine sa ako old hatch -gi dali dali og trabaho -it was only a few months later we discovered wala ga tupong ang head og block! Also the electrical wiring weren't working as expected (also have an electrician d-i)...
Keep us posted on your project! Mka relate gyud ko sa ph12 na engine bro -pero ok raman sad kay dili kas gas I miss that car!!

mao sad d nuon xa kas ug gas..pro d man ta kita ug power and speed sa PH12 gud..hehe..

mka suya kaau k2 ako ga drive sa car sa ako cuz k gamay tamak bulhot dayon..naa ra sa 1st or 2nd gear pwede nka mka overtake2x..hehe....

Guys .... just a querry , unsay makasulti ninyo sa EG4 na Civic with D15 na makina . Basically its SOHC na VTEC right ? Whats the best thing to do with it w/o force induction but can achieve a more or less 200 WHP ?

d15b nga abot 200whp, basically:

high comp pistons, mas maayo mag overbore pajud
nipis na head gasket
VERY GOOD head job
agressive cams
lots of fuel (reliable nga injectors, fuel pump)
lots of tuning, and ecu tuning

pero murag dili na reliable basta ingnana ka kusog nya pang street pajud

Unsay basic FRANKENSTEIN sa D15B na makina ? Like mix and match niya from other Honda engines na manifolds , throttle body , cams , camgears , valves , pistons etc ? or might as well swap ug B18B aron desirable and realistic ang power gains once mag frankenstein ka kay mahal ra kaau ang B18C ?

regarding sa d15b na franky, mahog ug wala kay mabotang ana na lain model unlike sa b series. kay daghan man gud na klasi na d15b. naay hinay, pang economy ug kadtong kusog. kung mag swap ka ug d15b, palit nalang ka ditso adtong kusog (wa ko kabaw unsa na type sa d15) kay gamay ra price difference, as what i've heard.

kung mag b18b pud ka boss, maypag mao na imong buhaton nga franky. b18b block with a vtec head (mas nindot if eg na b16). mao na ilang gitawag nga LS/vtec, the poor man's type r. gwapo pud na i-turbo kung maka budget na

Yup heard of it and can vouch for its success gyud .

I once owned a 93 Integra GSR about na naka B17 pa all motor about 11 years ago , though its already beefed up when I bought it , was really the sought after car of the 90's . Then about 3 to 5 years ago , another friend told me of his LS/VTEC 93 INtegra na all motor pod , hehehe STOCK TURBO KILLER gyud . name it from the Dodge neon SRT-4's , Eclipse GST's and forced induced na mga single cams na Honda's . BUt I think naa siyay gi involved na B20 parts didto from the CRV if I am not mistaken is the throttle body man cguro .

ah basin kay mas dako ang iyang throttle body. pero dapat match pud sa intake manifold para walay resistance. kung mag ls/vtec ka vids nya boss ha hehehe

Wala koy plano oi ... just out of CURIOUSITY lang kay gibaligyaan man ko ug EG4 na hatchback unya naka D15 ang makina . I will never touch a HONDA anymore . Mapa akan unya ta sa gitawag nila na " UPGRADE BUG " hehehe .

How about the MITSUBISHI CELESTE ... expecting an answer form NORRISEE hehe ..

- is it feasible as a project car RESTORATION WISE ?
- Daghan ba junk makuhaan ug spare parts ?
- what is a good engine for it considering its heavy body??
- aron paspas gamay , is 4G63T the answer ?
- how much would it cost now for a running condition basta fair lang ang condition sa body ?
- pangitaon na ba kaau ?

Hopefully someone can also answer regarding the same questions towards a speicifc car like the older Toyota Sprinter and Nissan Datsun . Naa ka ani mga awtoha nindot i apil sa OLD SCHOOL CLUB da hehehe .
