    kasulay ko ani.. bdo akong atm pero sa union bank ko nag withdraw.. kani laging nagtext2x japon bisan ga withdraw..
    so akong gi follow up tawag ko sa hotline sa bdo.. then gipa adto ko sa pinakaduol nga branch together with the receipt..
    nakabutang man pud sa receipt nga gikaon balik ang money.. kalimot ko unsa mga terminologies ato.. dugay naman gud..
    pag adto nako sa branch, OTC akong kwarta... maayu gani.. 3 days ra to tanan..
