ako friends raman ko mangutana...i spend 2hrs everyday except on sundays sa gym...
program nako 2-day intervals ra...pamogas ba...hehe
day1-chest,back,shoulders,neck
day2-bi/triceps,foreceps/arm,legs
abs everyday..hehe..
10reps lng ako max but im doin 5 sets..
tinood jud nga modako imo kaon...hehe...dats y i gained almost 20lbs na after a month kapin...antos pero enjoy diba!hehe
