You know, if COA is only neither dumb or corrupt enough to accept bribe, they can make plenty of catch in SSS. And this goes to all government agencies and officials...There can never have been too many corruption in the Philippines...Point is, everything is in the COA's hands...To be corrupted or not be corrupted...Which should it be.

i think it depends on the situation cause these bonuses are common considering people needs incentives on their performances and we want to attract good people to manage the GOCC.

It happened also when the Penoy admin had question the bonuses of MWSS during GMA's term and force them to give back the bonuses kay dili ni daang matuwid . So I wondered why such things (take note plural) had been recurring on Penoy's term; if they dont like giving hefty bonuses ? , especially when we are talking of SSS na nagsalig sa contributions compared to GOCC like MWSS na naay direct income.

Bogo nalang gyud mutuo anang daang matuwid.
