That AD means ang site sponsored by McDonalds, that's it and it's insignificant based sa content. And you take it too literally.. ikaw maoy louy Mr Jobe. I know die hard kang panot for whatever blind reasons, its urs to keep. Part to blame sa palpak na buhat ani niya is because of people like YOU, being stubborn and blinded sa flase hope aning panot. ka mabaw ra ba nmo ug kalipay arang katawa naman diay nmo adto.. kalouy sad.

You insist on Measuring country's economy tungod kay daghan ang mangaon sa jollibbe, TAWN POD NMO. Kay limited sa imong knowledge. If booming ang fast food inustry then surely it can contributed sa economy, but does that necessarily conclude ni boom na sigficantly and economy sa pilipinas overall?

FYI, there are many indicators sa economic progress, para lang ka masayud, dli ang limited sa imong jollibee o ka traffic sa dalan.

We have GDP, this is one indicator sa uplifting economy. As seen in news, Phil's GDP gathers momentum and getting strong. Now this is a good one indication. Growth is projected for 2015 and 2016 based on buoyant private consumption, a solid outlook for investment and exports, and recovery in government expenditure. GDP is projected to increase by 6.4% in 2015 and 6.3% in 2016.

The CPI is also important because it is used to adjust the annual changes to Social Security payments. Gamay sweldo vs mahal nga pamaliton = kalisod. Taas, mo ubos the mo taas ang CPI sa pinas:

The Producer Price Index (PPI) - This goes side by side sa CPI, coz they measured googs or finished goods/products. The finished goods data are the most closely watched because they are the best measure of what consumers will actually have to pay. Determining factor sa inflation since they dictates on how much commodity will cost sa public.

Employment Indicators - I dont need to explain this to you. Philippines unemployment rate hits 27% in Q4 last reported on February 3, 2015. The country’s unemployment rate hit 27 percent –equivalent to 12.4 million jobless Filipinos – in the last quarter of 2014.
    Philippines Unemployment Rate | 1994-2015 | Data | Chart | Calendar

Retail Sales Index - This measures goods sold within the retail industry, from huge chains to small local stores, by taking a sampling of a set of retail stores across the country. At east it shows a bit of increase this time around,. It increased 1.90 percent in March of 2015 over the same month in the previous year. Retail Sales Yoy in Philippines averaged 7.98 percent from 1980 until 2015.

The National Association of Purchasing Management index (NAPM) - is considered a crucial part of the economic picture. It measures how confident consumers feel about the state of the economy and their spending power. The idea is that the more confident people feel about the stability of their incomes, the more likely they are to make purchases. At least eight in 10 consumers in the Philippines (80%) have adjusted their spending habits over the past 12 months in a bid to curb household spending. More than six in 10 consumers in Philippines (62%) are spending less on new clothing in their effort to reduce household expenses. Other areas where consumers are cutting back include saving on gas and electricity, delaying upgrading of technology, and switching to cheaper grocery brands.

Employment Cost Index (ECI) - is another important measure of inflation. ECI measures the cost of labor including wages, benefits, and bonuses. Ikaw nalang search sa real state kung unsa, hayahay ba o barely meeting their needs ba gihapon.

DOES NOT ENTIRELY translate that our economy is way up high. Wake up!

BBL smart...because it's smart to allow an organization that was hostile to the country, be able to be in the dialogue, much less be able to lead in the creation of an autonomous entity, in a volitaile and easily infiltrated part of the country. Making it a very possible hotbed for even more malicious Islamic terrorists. Very smart.

SAF plan smart...because it was smart to go in there during a ceasefire and with the CoC not clearly defined and without the proper QRF or support elements.

Thailand took 4 months to make and enact a plan in the aftermath of a larger catastrophe in the 2004 tsunami, so beyond smart guro to sila. Indonesia too. Smart pud nga NEDA and OPPAR were so out of touch with each other that it prolonged the planning process even more. Meanwhile, Yolanda survivors were living in sub-standard conditions tungod sa ka smart sa pg.plano.

Idk if you're naive or just a blind idealist. But "intentions" are consolations for the foolish. Only results matter when it comes to assessing and evaluating how your government and its subordinate agencies are working. And if they are really in good intent, don't you think they should owe up it and admit their mistakes and shortcomings when it occurs, instead of forcing the error?

Kanus-a pa kaha na mahitabo diri kung mahitabo man gani.

Sus tawn pag bike or lakaw mo or jeep or bus mo oi.

If you knew of this plan before these mishaps, would you think the same? Mao nay giingon ug dili ka mo try ayaw sad pag expect ug kausaban. These are SOLUTIONS to a problem. But ang issue diri is: Was there a plan to solve those problems?

So between sa tawong walay plano sa kinabuhi ug sa tawong mo try try until he dies, asa ka?

Pila ka tuig pod nimu maimpas, 10 to 25 years? Mo retire nalang ka di pa nimu maimpas.

Now sa US, di man ko suheto sa housing prices didto pero suheto ko sa prices sa car. Ang honda civic didto naa sa mga $20K, ang sueldo didto yano nga employee dili managerial naa sa mga $5 to $6K a month. Di ba affordable ra para nila? Kung mao pa nay purchasing power diri sa Pinas di unta ta mag antos ug commute. Di man sa hilas2x ni no, pero naay mga lugar sa atoa nga di maagian ug mga public vehicles mao need pod nato cars. Suerte ka kung makapuyo ka within the city kay maagian, unsaon nalang kung pananglitan sa Cubacub or Casili ka puyo?
