That's for the court to decide if it has the structure of a sub-state.

Pero as of now the provisions in question, because it gives the appearance of a sub state ,were taken away from the draft. Have you heard Cong. Rufus speech sa House? In that speech he enumerated the provisions in question and replaced it with better provisions.

like the issue of Police Force. gi klaro na nga ang Bangsamoro Police force is under the PNP. Ang name nga Bangsamoro Basic Law gi ilisan na og Basic Law for the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region to eradicate confusion. Gi sulod na nila ang TERM nga autonomous to erase all arguments nga it is a sub-state.
