    Experience - magamit jud ni sa work, but lage kailangan man og docu na maipakta mao need sad jud og diploma.
    If will be the employer if mag need ko skillful na worker pilion ni nako ang nay experience, but if need pud ko employee na
    pra audit or pra accredition mg knahanlan jud ko og nay docu, na maipakita.

    Ok gihapon ang experience sa work ang basihan , pero kasagaran ang makakuha gyud ug taas na position kato gyud naa Diploma.

    Specially sa management na na side.

    i don't want to generalize nor offend anyone, but lahi ra gyud ang batasan/outlook sa taong well educated... at least from my own personal experience...

    sakto.. lahi ang perspective sa taw nga edukado.. pero para nako attitude towards work jud ang importante unsaon tamang naa kay diploma tapulan man sad football japon

    Both. I am new to the industry though I have a university degree. Dili jud ko ma-kumpyansa og salig sa akoang educational competencies lang kay these are only skill-sets and knowledge that can be learned and unlearned as the need arises. However, experience will be your foundation in becoming better at your work.

    diploma and experience.

    i know dali na lang maka-work bisan wala pa nakahuman ug skwela but lahi ra ug sense of fulfillment kung nakahuman ka ug skwela and then mo-work ka, bahala na ug layo ra kaayo imong work sa imong gi-graduate-an na course
