    Me. I was 270lbs before. Classified as type II obese. Went down to 170lbs. Didn't like my body so I started crossfit then powerlifting. Gained muscle and got stronger. Never been happier.
    Congrats dude in choosing to be healthy! I hope maka realize pud si ate ana pero murag dugay2x pa na.. Keep that up!!

    Perhaps try lang e-change ang trend sa diet sa ilaha,
    fruits and vegies will do the trick, kung ma-focus na ang iyang cravings anang mga healthy nga pagkaon,
    tingale makatabang sa pag-curve sa iyang obesity.
