bad experience with cellpod cellshop in sm

i bought my iphone 4s sa cellpod sm too.. month pa kpin ni grayed out ang wifi so d xa magmit. ako gpatnaw sa apple ingnon cla its hardware defct dw and klangan i.replace..ako g.adto sa cellpod ug ni ingon cla they can't do anything about it kuno..watda? with the amount i paid d nku magmit ang fon sa iya max level tungd sa ila ghtag nku na fon na nai hardware dfect..wa kuno clai waranty? sad isnt it i demand to speak sa owner bt til now wa jd ni twag..since pg adto nku ng out of town dw... haizzzzz

i bought a lenovo s890 at CELLPOD last april 26,2013 and during unit testing, i found out a yellow tint on the lower part of the screen, it is almost undetectable when you are viewing in colored but if you are viewing in white background it seems to have the yellow tint, sales person said that it is only normal.. and even showed me another customer buying the same unit with the same yellow tint. and they assured me that if any problems arise they have their 7 days replacement and 1 year service warranty. so i bought it... unfortunately after 4 days of use i noticed the yellow tint starting to get worst and i also noticed a dead pixel on it .. so i immediately returned it to CELLPOD for a replacement or a refund and then they told me to go to air touch and have the unit examined since they are the official service center and then air touch technician also confirmed it was of factory defect. and after that i went to cellpod again to ask for a replacement but unfortunately they said that they do not have stocks yet for the same model, they gave me options to upgrade to other units given that i would add cash.. but i insisted because that model was what i paid for and that if they dont replace it, might as well give me a full refund but unfortunately they do not allow refunds.. which i think is a violation under dti on the no return no exchange rule.. up until now i am still waiting for the replacement unit... but i already surrendered the defective phone to them.. i will wait until monday if they would give me a good and NOT DEFECTIVE unit for replacement.. i happened to witness also many customers having the same problems with me and it was very alarming on my side ... ang malas lang jud nako.. nag bayad biya ko sakto then wala koy naka gamit sa akong gibayran for almost two weeks now... ang tag iya di makig istorya . nya wala pud manager ila tindahan... basta by monday if wala gihapon i will raise my concerns to the SM Management and DTI.

hala! naa raba promo ang cellpod sa Ayala sa ilang samsung phones. nag plan ko mo buy para sa akong wife ug samsung grand kay naay free casing and screen protector. di diay ni kasaligan ang cellpod..

maobah? maayo na lang na wala ko didto nipalit sa akoa samsung galaxy S4 last april, ang ilaha ra bah promo na libre ang screen protector, case ug uban pah..

Naa man gud na cyay fix miss. Basin ang duha ka stores imong gi.adto puro tapolan(kaibaw mo.fix) or walai alam lang? Huehuehuehue.

2 times ko ni deal sa cellpod. 2 times ko na bad trip. 1st sa pacific mall(super metro mandaue) guba ila na hatag na unit. dle pa pulihan nila kay ipa repair lang daw nako sa nokia care. it was well within sa 7 days replacement period pa so i insisted na dapat replace nila. mu laban man jud ila tindera so ni laban kog samot. until gsapot nako gi pulihan nalang nila. hulat pa cla sapoton ko b4 pulihan.

2nd sa sm cellpod. nag canvass ko prexo, mas mahal pa cla.. tapos ila tupad mas barato. ask ko why ana ra cla last stock nmn gud. cge ra cla pa tukar sa radyo "we earn less so u can save more" pero in reality mahal man diay cla.
