Of course,
it is counterproductive if it will benefit others but at the same same time it will harm to those who suppose would benefit from it.

look, cbcp has already expressed support on medical mj. its a good step forward, a very small one at that. but nonetheless, millions of people will benefit from it. hopefully we can import encapsulated cannabinoid oils and creams (smoking is not the only delivery you *****s) to treat many debilitating disease.
