Customer Service Representative (Cebu)
- Provide excellent customer service
- Constantly meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards
- Respond to complex customer calls, resolve customer service inquiries that include:- Benefit and Eligibility information
- Billing and Payment issues
- Customer material requests
- Physician assignments
- Authorization for treatment

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must complete at least 2nd year of college education
- Good command of the English language
- 6 months to 24 months of experience in a BPO contact center
- Amenable to and has experience working on a shifting schedule
- Moderate proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications
- Ability to navigate a computer while on the phone
- Ability to multi-task, this includes ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product
- Ability to remain focused and productive each day though tasks may be repetitive
Assistant Manager (Cebu)
- Coordinates, supervises and is accountable for the daily/weekly/monthly activities of a team members
- Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and performance goals are met, such as Quality, Adherence, Service Level and AHT
- Coordinates work activities with other supervisors, managers, departments, etc.
- Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
- Provides coaching and feedback to team members, including formal corrective action
- Conducts annual performance reviews for team members
- Provides expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
Minimum Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Qualifications:
- 5 plus years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 1 plus year of experience as a supervisor
Bridge Manager (Cebu)
Graduate – MBA Preferred
8+ years of experience in the operational role with atleast 5 years in TL/AM experience
5+ years of Medical/Healthcare claims processing experience in a Managerial Role
2+ years of Project Management experience would be an added advantage
People management experience & strong orientation towards customer service
Highly organized and proactive; able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Computer proficiency with advance knowledge excel and Powerpoint
