    oks ba sa ymca?sa urgello manko naka sogod...m stil doin my thang here in ormoc..

    ako friends raman ko mangutana...i spend 2hrs everyday except on sundays sa gym...
    program nako 2-day intervals ra...pamogas ba...hehe

    day1-chest,back,shoulders,neck
    day2-bi/triceps,foreceps/arm,legs
    abs everyday..hehe..

    10reps lng ako max but im doin 5 sets..

    tinood jud nga modako imo kaon...hehe...dats y i gained almost 20lbs na after a month kapin...antos pero enjoy diba!hehe

    mga bro ( crahburn, baddog ) apil ko ha...mga dagko man ta dri hehehe. ako same me ni bro crash na program dri rko sa amo-a dapit mag gym pero ako time running 3-4 hours sa gym kasi kakasimula ko palng pero ang laki ng imprvement at laki ng pinagkaiba ko sa dati syempre sabayan din yan ng diet hehhee kain kayo sili heheh...pwera biro. pero mga bro sa inyo palagay mag oky ba mag take ng mga pangpalaki like AMINO, etc?...or normal lang na paraan?

    1. check your diet muna bro... useless ang supplements if ur diet is bad
    2. genetics. if u feel ur genes are only up to a certain point only, then supplements can be helpful

    u mean steroids? hmmm.. ok man na for growth pero mao lagi, risky kaayo... the worst would be erectile dysfunction...

    if you're thinking bro, stick with multivitamins and minerals for your daily needs and whey protein and simple carbs right after workout. creatine also helps..

    im taking protein and dextrose powder plus creatine after workout... it really helps bro especially if you're training successive days...

    Amino Acid Supplements, Creatine, Protein and weight gainers... are all natural, don't worry about it... the only issue here is that, its kinda expensive... most people mo ingon, ayaw mo pag take ana kay bla bla... maka bugas na! grabe na side effects... NO, again all of these are all natural supplements.. wala ni sila side effects unless you take it too much... hehehe... try taking 1 pound of protein shake in a day, diba mag kalibang ka ug magluya ka sa butod sa imong tiyan! hahaha! and i think naa'y side effects and overdose sa protein... not just supplements but any protein rich food...

    Example lang ni... kay pwerte gyud daghana mga supplements sa earth! hehe...

    Amino Acids are classified into essential (9) and non-essential (11)... 20 kinds... which builds up protein in your body... each of em does differently... lain lain sila ug trabaho... but generally it helps in muscle recovery and growth...

    Creatine, can be taken from beef and fish... Speeds up muscle recovery, increase muscle mass and strength... summary lang ni kay taas ni siya ug mga explanation, and nag lisod pud ko ug sabot hehehe...

    Protein, muscle recovery...

    Weight gainers, combination of high Carbs, protein with some extra add-ons.. hehe... pwede ra ni siya meal replacement.. ex. MuscleTech MASS-TECH, each serving has 150g carbs, 45g protein, 5g fiber... pwerte'ng busoga ana! gives you energy and builds up mass!

    NO (Nitric Oxide) - gives you skin tearing pump during workout! Muscletech Pump Tech for example...

    ANDRO + DIOL - oral steroids... can do everything above... possible 3-5 times more effective... bwahahaha!!! ma holog, cheaper gyud ni.. heheh.. sukol?!

    Hehe.. well said bro... ANDRO is like a hot chick with STD. You wanna score kay you know it's good but you are afraid to take the risk.

    Protein and Carbs are not drugs but foods in easily digestible forms. Lisod bitaw jud consume ug our required proteins without supplements.

    If I may add:

    Creatine - saturates your muscle cells with water, murag it holds more water ba making it stronger, dugay maluya and creates an environment for muscle growth

    L-glutamine - conditionally essential amino acid esp. if you're training hard and successive, naa pud positive effects sa digestion. Ever since I started taking this, I can train up to twice in a row and still have a good basketball game on the third day. Medyo less na pud akong gastro-intestinal distress, coz sensitive kaayo akong tiyan. hehehe.. medyo mahal2x lang jud ni, about 30 pesos per serving of 5 grams.

    Multivitamins - if you engane in strenous activities, get a multivitamin. Mura ni cyag insurance ba.. of course you can get it sa diet but better naa back-up ba... Impt pud to get antioxidants esp. Vit. C and E... really helps

    Sakto si crashburn. Supplements per se supplements your good diet. If way ayo ang diet, supplements cannot do anything for you
