This is the fourth unit bugged down...27K mileage it`s not coincidence anymore

Is this worth the money?

The tensioner pulley just broke down with a very little mileage, na unsa na man ni? is this qualify for a product recall?




Shattered spring casing




Timing belt eaten up due to the shattered tensioner pulley, once the timing belt miss there goes the cylinderhead and valves all mashed up by the piston, brilliant engineering hahaha ano ba yan.....





A closer look on the engine, it`s like new, very minimal mileage...








All the Valves are all bent because of this im looking @ 200K for the repair, replace all the damaged parts because of the ****ed up design on the tensioner, WOW the D4D`s are more tougher than this, bungkag na ang kaha pero ang makina andar lang gihapon

makes me favor units with timing chains,
Timing belt pud ra ba ning akoa D4D pero according to maintenance specs 150 000 KM pa kuno una ilisan pero dili na siguro nako paabton ana,lisud ra ba gyud kung maputlan kay manga-lungi gyud kuno ang mga barbola.

Isuzu lng ang may Forever! lol... we also have D4D 8 years na with 70k on it's odo... buyag, wa sd mi tagae ug prob sa engine except sa shocks... as long di lng mopaharorot magpadagan, di na dali maputlan/deteriorate ang timing belt...

comparing the two pics, parepareha gyd ug nawng ang duha except for the engine cover?
