Room features:

- Room is good for 4, but to maintain comfort I will only accept 1 person
- Located in a 3-storey Building (room is on 3F)
- With own T&B, Laundry Area and Veranda
- With Double Deck (Foam available, you can provide your own beddings)
- With cabinet fixture
- Non-AC, we can negotiate to owner if we decided to install AC.

Terms & Condition:

- 2K monthly exclusive of H2O and Electricity (H2O @ 150 per head, Electricity based on meter reading)
- 1 month Advance and 1 month Deposit
- 2 Valid Identification (Government Issued ID)
