I believe a well-rounded freshman can actually ace the interviews and succeed on the first year of his/her career.
Dapat naa gyuy exposure ang freshgrad sa iyang palibot - nganha man ma develop iya communications and initiative like participating on student org and activities. Nganha pud ma develop ang common sense which is not very common sa mga freshgrads karon.
Naa ra jud na nimo how you tackle life right after graduating. Hard work wouldn't suffice to succeed. Kelangan naa sad kay perseverance ug common sense(not very common nowadays)
They dont get hired because wala silay ka-ila or backer. Sad but true that Nepotism is very common nowadays.
