I prefer it to be rented rather than rent to own. Anyway interested? If i cant find someone to rent i will have it assumed. Ranging from 400-500 tentative amt. tendency it will be lesser.

Mo rent ka or assume? Ky kng mo assume ka ang amt na akng nabayd is 301653.55 without sa mga changes na buhat nko sa house like beam , garage ky fully cementend na nya naa xay gate . I still have to compute pila tanan.
