Try sa Sykes nga chat support, in need kaayo sila. In fact ang mga normal walk-in applicants, ipa-take nila ug apil sa chat support nga exam kay kung makapasar i-advise nila to join their chat support team.

Same salary ra daw sa voice account. All according to my friend.

Ang chat support sa sykes kay need man ug 6 months CC experience.

Ni apply ko sa sykes b4 for chat support niya g.ingnan ko nga they need cc experience daw kay ilang chat support 70% call handling and 30% chat mao to wala nalang ko ni dayun coz they required atleast 6 months cc experience. I was told during my Interview.and kung dli pa required nganung wala man ko gi pa proceed sa interview lol then Data Entry pd ako experience b4

Passed all the interviews .. still waiting for the result of the online exam. They said they will just call once they have the result, coz result will be available after 48hrs. Its been a week now... hayzzz still no updates..

Migo, I think it's about time you call/text/go to Recruitment to get an update and inquire about the status of your application. That way, it would also show you're still interested to get the job. One call wouldn't harm you at all. Murag dugay na nang 1 week of waiting when in fact you were advised a 48-hr. timeframe for your exam results.
